Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. All payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if the cancellation notice is given. Appointments booked on the same day or within 24 hours of request that are then cancelled will not be refunded/ booked for future appointments until the cancellation fee is paid. The client will be treated as a no show and charged in full of the treatment booked including any surcharges if the client fails to allow the therapist access in any way, with no contact within 10 minutes of their appointment start time. If the therapist cancels, the client will have the choice of rescheduling at no extra charge or a full refund.

Appointment changes will be treated the same as cancellations. If you need to cancel part of your treatment, this will still require 24 hours notice before your appointment. Any part cancellation notice given within 24 hours or at the time of your appointment will not be refunded. If you would like to add on treatments, please try to give as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate your requests if possible.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your booking and the remainder is due in person prior to starting your treatment. Discounts are only valid on treatment prices. Any discounts/ surcharges will be applied to the remaining payment in person.

Please note underwear must be kept on at all times. This is not a sexual service. Any inappropriate behaviour will terminate your appointment immediately without any refund. You will not be allowed to rebook any service in the future! LASH LIFT & TINTING Remove contact lenses/ make up beforehand. There is a £10 surcharge if mascara is not removed beforehand Avoid wearing mascara within 24 hours of your appointment as any residue acts as a barrier Have a blanket to hand and your choice of music on if you prefer Have a private, well lit room available with use of your bed or sofa As your eyes will be closed for a lengthy time, make sure you put away any distractions e.g. phone etc A patch test is required for lash lift and tint services at least 48 hours prior to your appointment - this must be booked with another service. Once you have had a patch test without any adverse reactions, you can book your treatment within 6 months. Unfortunately if you do react, you can not have this treatment again. Apply a cold compress on the area, notify your therapist and seek medical advice.

1. Appointments & Bookings • Appointments are subject to availability/ travel time and confirmed only once a booking confirmation has been issued. • A valid address within the service areas must be provided at the time of booking. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adequate space, lighting, ventilation, and access to electricity (if required) is provided at the treatment location. • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled where insufficient travel time is available between bookings. You will be notified in advance. 2. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. • The remaining balance is payable on the day of the appointment prior to starting the treatment. • Prices are correct at the time of booking but may be subject to change for future appointments. 3. Health, Medical Conditions & Patch Testing • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy at the time of booking and consultation. • Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior. • The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe. 6. Hygiene, Safety & Professional Standards • All treatments are carried out following strict hygiene and safety procedures. • The therapist will not perform treatments on broken, infected, or inflamed skin. • Clients must ensure pets, children, or other distractions do not interfere with the treatment. 7. Client Conduct • Any form of inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment, with full payment still required. • The therapist reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion. 8. Results & Reactions • Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. • The therapist is not responsible for adverse reactions for any reason including where aftercare advice is not followed or where information has been withheld. • Clients must contact the therapist promptly if they experience unexpected reactions. 9. Liability • The therapist holds appropriate professional and public liability insurance. • Liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. • The therapist is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable working conditions provided by the client. 10. Confidentiality & Data Protection • All client information is treated as confidential and stored in line with UK GDPR regulations. • Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless legally required. 11. Photography & Social Media • Client photos will only be taken or shared with written consent. • Clients may decline photography without affecting their service. 12. Travel & Parking • Clients are responsible for providing accurate address details and any relevant access information including due to any temporary changes beyond their control. • Travel surcharges are applicable depending on mileage. 13. Amendments • These terms may be updated at any time without notice. The latest version will apply to all new bookings.
